Sincoheren agrees to provide the following service for all the buyers:
1. Sincoheren must guarantee the device is qualified goods.
2. Installment and Operation Training
Sincoheren should supply the instruction manual, training manual with illustrations, and operation video for the buyer.
3. Training is also available when the buyer comes to visit the factory.
5. For clients who order more than 5 machines logo designing and color changing of the machine is free of charge.
6. Digital marketing materials are available for buyers with buyer's requirements.
7. Exclusive distributors also get territory protection and buying leads of the territory.
8. OEM/ODM customization is available per the requirement of the distributor.
The seller offers A year warranty for free, and lifetime service since receipt of delivery (except the damage on purpose and consumable part).
Within one year the seller offers spare parts free of charge if there are any parts that need to be replaced.
After one year the seller offers instruction and troubleshooting service free of charge. The buyer will need to look after shipping and the cost of the spare parts.
Local service is also available in our local offices in the USA and Europe.
We will offer the whole life maintenance for only the cost price fee of the replaced accessory.
If the buyer encounters any machine malfunction or any other problems you can contact us the first time. Our engineer or after-sales director(who knows our machine well and has 9 years' experience in the service) will indicate what is the problem and give a quick response.
All of our machines are modular and designed that make checking and replacement easy.
There will be online guidance, video Chat, and an illustrator manual to guide you to make sure the machines work well.
